Problem with testing new turbine

We encountered a problem related to our new turbopump turbine. The turbine spins up a lot slower than we expected. This apparently has a ripple on effect to other parts of the test system in a way that I don't fully understand. Various flow rates and orifice sizes will have to be adjusted. I hope it doesn't delay us too much. I'll provide more updates as information comes to light.
